Hello,
Welcome to my website and psychotherapy practice.
My goal as a therapist is to create an environment where you feel you can be open with me. That means not only sharing what you're carrying, but also how you're experiencing therapy itself. Some of the most meaningful moments in therapy happen when there is enough trust to name uncertainty, discomfort, or even ambivalence about our work together. Those conversations are not a disruption to therapy; they are often part of the healing.
Alongside my education and clinical background, being a client myself has deeply informed the way I practice. Like many therapists, I came to my areas of focus through my own process of healing. To me, a big part of healing is allowing space for the possibility of experiencing yourself and your life in a new way.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent over a decade working in the film industry. My interests in philosophy, filmmaking, and cold plunging have each shaped how I think about self-understanding, resilience, and change. Whether we're exploring relationship patterns, trauma, the body, or different parts of yourself, my approach is guided by curiosity and adapted to what feels most meaningful for you.

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.
