Relational Healing
Relational healing is the experience of feeling safer, more grounded, and more fully yourself within connection. It can look like setting boundaries without guilt, feeling safe in vulnerability, and feeling less consumed by fear of rejection, abandonment, or conflict. Over time, relationships may begin to feel less performative or emotionally exhausting and more mutual, secure, and authentic.
